Unfortunately Exchanges cannot be honored due to hygiene guide lines. If a product is damaged please send us 8 to 10 pictures of the damaged goods to info@statuesquehair.com. The pictures will be reviewed by our damages department and you will be notified within 4 to 5 days later. If you do not receive a response within 4 to 5 days please call us at 855-755-5556 and someone will address your claim as soon as possible. Hair weaves are Statuesque Hair’s prime products. If the products have been removed from the packaging and seem to be tampered example: (WORN, CUT, COLORED, DYED, BRUSHED, COMBED, UNRAVELED, ALTERED OR ANY INTENTIONAL DAMAGES) we will not be able to issue a site wide credit. We are committed to supplying products of the utmost quality to all our clients. Credit claims must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please contact us at to info@statuesquehair.com within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds. Due to the fact that we do not ask for the damaged merchandise to be returned we only issue credits to cover the loss. Refunds may be issued only in an extreme circumstance. During our checkout process, please specify where you want your purchase shipped. It can be different from your credit card billing address. You may specify any ship-to address. Statuesque Hair processes orders within 3-7 business days upon day of order. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Once order is processed, it takes approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered excluding holidays. All orders in the United States will be shipped via USPS.
